The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

  • Refund and Exchange Policy
    • Refunds or product exchanges are accepted within 30 days at Real Life Family Center, located at the Tacoma campus: 17708 28th. Ave. E., Tacoma, WA 98445.
    • All returns and exchanges must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging. Some items cannot be returned if opened and some items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Other restrictions may apply.
    • A full refund will be given for defective products. Refunds will not be honored for changes in shipping status or quantity amounts subsequent to the processing of the credit card.
    • If a refund is desired on product ordered via online store, the amount refunded will be cost of product minus shipping and handling.
    • We do not refund any product sent via email.
    • We accept cash, checks, and credit or debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo.

    Shipping/Online Policy
    • Online orders are shipped via USPS/UPS. PO Box addresses are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Packages should arrive within 5-7 business days. If you are ordering a related item that has been archived, add two weeks for delivery.
    • All standard shipping orders are sent out within 48 hours. Orders placed after 3pm PST or during the weekend will be shipped in the following business days. Express services are not available for PO Boxes or international deliveries. Holiday business hours may apply.
    • Real Life Family Center is not responsible for altering any item of an order pertaining to shipping status or quantity of items purchased once the credit card number has been entered and processed.
    • Refunds based on the above will not be honored once an order has been sent through to RLFC Headquarters. Due to the fact that there are two confirmation screens, the customer should have adequate opportunity to change their shipping status or quantity of items purchased before their credit card information is fully processed and a confirmation e-mail is sent to the customer.     Copyright & Usage
    • These materials are intended for your personal or church usage and may not be transferred. All data, concepts and images included in your order may not be redistributed, resold or otherwise used for profit-making purposes. Unauthorized broadcast or duplication is prohibited. The act of purchasing these materials indicates your acceptance of this license agreement.

    • Real Life Family Center created this privacy statement to describe our commitment to your privacy. We seek to protect your private information so that you have a pleasurable viewing experience on our website. We will not sell, rent, trade, or disclose your personally identifiable information to anyone. Please return to this page from time to time, as we will be updating this statement as our services continue to grow. We welcome and encourage questions, comments, and suggestions.

    Personally Identifiable Information
    • Personally identifiable information is your name, address, email address, phone number and credit card information. Real Life Family Center collects this information only when you (the customer) submit an order to us through our encrypted Secure Socket Layer protocol order form.
    • The order form, with your personal information, is sent to our secure server where it is retrieved by our order entry staff and entered as an order into our in-house computers for processing. This information is used only to process your order and to send you upcoming information about events and product offers. Users have the option to be taken off the list at anytime. Users can do this by clicking the mailing list page.

    Email and Mailing Lists
    • When you send us an email, we use your email address to thank you for your comment and/or reply to your question, and we will store your communication and our reply in case we correspond further. Beyond our initial reply, we may use your email address to send you additional communication. We will not share, sell, rent or lease your email address to any third party.
    • Mailing Lists are created from your product orders that are input into our physical office location computers. This personal information is saved on a database specifically used for The Real Life Family Center product orders and events. Users can request to be taken off this database.
    • If you wish to remain in our database, please remember to update your email should it change.

    Security
    • The security of your personal information is very important to us and we are committed to protecting the information we collect. Real Life Family Center's physical facility has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our web site.
